Hilton Milwaukee City Center

The reservation deadline for the Hilton Milwaukee City Center has been extended.
- $154 per night for non-trainee attendees in a room (single, double, triple, or quad occupancy).
- $124 per night for trainee attendees in a room (single, double, triple, or quad occupancy; proof of trainee status will be required at check-in). Trainee rooms are now sold out.
- Group rates apply from 27 July–6 August 2010, based on hotel’s room availability
- Complimentary High Speed Internet Access (HSIA) for all SSR attendees. An internet access code will be provided with the room key upon check-in at the hotel.
- $12 Daily parking rate for SSR attendees staying at the Hilton (this includes 24-hour access with in/out privileges). The confirmation of your reservation, sent automatically, will state that parking is $24; however, Hilton staff will correct this to $12 on your reservation.

SSR blocks are full; please reserve a room at the Hilton Milwaukee City Center
- $145 per night for non-trainee attendees in a room (single or double occupancy).
- Some dates may be sold out.
- $105 per night for trainee attendees in a room (single or double occupancy, proof of trainee status will be required). Trainee rooms were sold out as of 18 June.
- $20 per night charge will apply for each additional adult beyond the first two (up to four per room).
- Group rates apply from 27 July–6 August 2010, based on hotel’s room availability.
- Complimentary wireless internet is available in guest rooms for all SSR attendees (hotel will provide access code upon check-in).
- Hyatt Regency Milwaukee offers the following parking options:
- Valet parking for hotel guests: $23 per 24-hour period, with in/out privileges.
- Self-parking in the attached parking garage: $20 per 24-hour period, with in/out privileges.

Roommate Referral Service
The Roommate Referral Service maintains a list of people attending the SSR Annual Meeting who wish to share a hotel room. This year Carolina Gillio-Meina is coordinating this service.
