Adobe Reader Documents

Adobe Acrobat

This site makes extensive use of PDF forms and documents that were created with Adobe products. To view and print these forms, you'll need to download a free version of Adobe Reader. If you already have Reader on your computer, you do not need to download it again. If you print them out from the Adobe Reader on A4 paper, you will need to select the “shrink-to-fit” option. You may also have to use this option if you print on paper that is either narrower or shorter than the original size (mostly 8-1/2"x11").

Climate

In July, Milwaukee’s average high temperature in July is 81°F (27°C) and the average low temperature is 63°F (17°C), with an average 3.8 inches of precipitation. The temperature may seem somewhat warmer due to humidity, but a sweater or light jacket may be desired in the evenings. For up-to-date weather information for Milwaukee, visit:

Conference Attire

Casual dress is appropriate for all meetings and social events.

Copying and Faxing

Both the Hyatt Regency and Hilton Milwaukee Center have business centers that offer photocopying, printing, and faxing services for a fee.

Photocopying and faxing services are also available at the FedEx Office Print & Ship Center. FedEx Office will print a poster up to 48 inches wide from a PDF that you supply, either on a USB drive or via email to the address below. Other services include copying and duplicating; printing, packaging and shipping, and printing signs and graphics.

Free wireless internet is available to SSR attendees staying at either the Hyatt or Hilton hotel.

Liability insurance is the responsibility of each individual delegate. All delegates should have their own medical coverage.

Sales Taxes

Wisconsin's state sales tax is 5%; Milwaukee county has a sales tax of 0.6%; the combined tax is 5.6% on purchased items.
