When making reservations, attendees must identify themselves as Society for the Study of Reproduction participants. When calling to reserve a room, please provide the group code: SSR. Reservations can be made by calling the hotel directly at (503) 281-6111 or by calling its toll-free reservations hotline at 1-800-996-0510. Reservations can also be made using the SSR Annual Meeting online reservation site.
We are aware that the reservation process is subject to errors from time to time. Please contact the SSR Business Office (ssr-am@ssr.org) if you encounter any difficulties in making your reservation. We will do out best to help you secure your desired dates.
- Group rates apply from 27 July–7 August 2011, based on the hotel’s room availability
- Complimentary High-Speed Internet Access (HSIA) for all SSR attendees
- Doubletree Hotel Portland offers valet parking for its hotel guests at $22 per night, or self-parking for $18 per night
- Free light rail is provided between the Oregon Convention Center and Doubletree Hotel Portland
- Accessible Rooms (2 Queen Beds) are available with the following amenities:

- Doorbell with Audio/Strobe alert

Reservations can be made by phone through its toll-free reservations hotline at 1-800-343-1822. When making reservations by phone, attendees must identify themselves as Society for the Study of Reproduction participants.
Reservations can be made online through the Red Lion website, using the following steps:
- Once at the reservation site, select check-in/check-out dates.
- Add room and guest numbers as appropriate.
- Select Special Rates.
- Select Group/Convention Code.
- In the Group/Convention Code box, type SSR/2011.
- Click Check Availability.

- Rooms feature small refrigerators and microwave ovens, coffee makers, and telephones with voicemail service.
- Handicapped-accessible rooms are available.

- Complimentary wireless internet is available in guest rooms for all SSR attendees (hotel will provide access code upon check-in).
