Trainee/Mentor Luncheon
Monday, 1 August, 11:30 am–1:00 pm
This Trainee-organized event provides Trainee participants with the opportunity to talk to an SSR scientist about careers and science during a catered lunch.
To register for this luncheon (cost: $15.00), trainees must mark the appropriate box on the registration form. Trainees are encouraged to register as soon as possible, as seating is limited to 175 trainees. If you have already registered and would like to buy a ticket, you may submit an additional registration form [no longer available, as pre-registration is closed] with payment for the ticket; the Registration office will add the ticket to your existing registration. Any unpurchased tickets will also be for sale at the meeting.
Twenty-five mentors will be at the luncheon. Biographical sketches of all currently-available mentors are here; registrants for the Luncheon should submit their top three mentor choices by using the Mentor Choice Form. Seating is assigned on a first come, first serve basis.
