Future Meeting Sites Committee
The Future Meeting Sites Committee has the important responsibility of soliciting appropriate sites for the Annual Meeting. Together with the Executive Director, the Committee negotiates with the prospective host institution the feasibility of the site. The Chair of the Committee and the Executive Director shall visit prospective sites to evaluate the physical facilities, and shall then make recommendations to the Board of Directors.
