If you already have Reader on your computer, you do not need to download it again. If you print them out from the Adobe Reader on A4 paper, you will need to select the “shrink-to-fit” option. You may also have to use this option if you print on paper that is either narrower or shorter than the original size (mostly 8-1/2"x11").

Mentor Signatures

Applicants for Trainee Status (and renewing Trainee members) in the Society for the Study of Reproduction must provide a signature from their mentor or major professor attesting to their trainee status in order to qualify for discounts and special benefits. You may print this page and return it, signed, to the Society.
