Photocopying and faxing services are available at the FedEx Office Print & Ship Center. The FedEx Office will print posters up to 48 inches wide from a PDF that you may either bring on a USB drive or email to the address below. Other services include copying and duplicating, printing, packaging and shipping, signs and graphics.

The Engineering Copy Center offers large-format color inkjet printing for documents up to 41 inches wide printed on 42-inch-wide paper. Prints are made from electronic files or originals and are printed on 32 pound coated paper stock for premium results. This copy center uses Ultra Violet ink to prolong the life of the document, and can also laminate and mount on foam-core documents up to 40 inches wide.

Conference attendees with a badge and photo Id may purchase an admissions pass ($5/visit) at the white building or Rec hall fitness centers for use at any of the University fitness facilities. Find more information at the Penn State Strength and Fitness web site.
Liability insurance is the responsibility of each individual delegate. All delegates should have their own medical coverage.
