Sad news has reached us that Dr. Sheldon J. Segal died on October 17, 2009.
Dr. Segal was a charter member of the Society and served on the Budget & Finance Committee (1969), and as Director (1968–1970).
Dr. Segal was honored with the SSR Distinguished Service Award in 1994.
