Affiliate Memberships

For SRB Members

The Society for the Study of Reproduction and the Society for Reproductive Biology (SRB) have agreed to offer Affiliate Membership in each other’s respective Society to the members of the affiliate society. Our mutual purpose is to encourage closer links between SRB members and their SSR colleagues, allowing an open flow of news and ideas.

Affiliate SSR membership offers the following benefits:
  • Direct access to the SSR online community (member portal)
  • Access to SSR e-newsletters and other electronic messages
  • Early notification of call for abstracts and awards
  • Listing in the SSR searchable member directory
*Affiliate SSR membership does not offer additional benefits of regular membership, which include discounts for publication in Biology of Reproduction, discounts for annual meeting fees, and the privilege to nominate, vote and hold office and serve on committees.

To become an Affiliate Member of the SSR:

  • Apply online or complete the SSR Membership Application form (pdf) available on the SSR website


*Note that full Regular membership in the SSR is available to all affiliate members at the rate of $300 USD. You may convert the Affiliate membership to the full regular membership at any time by paying the difference in membership costs.

For SSR Members
Affiliate membership in the Society for Reproductive Biology (SRB) has been arranged to encourage closer links between SSR Members and their Australian and New Zealand colleagues, and has been designed to provide many benefits for SSR Members, including:

Affiliate membership in the SRB costs AU$60.

To become an affiliate member of SRB, complete the SRB Affiliate Membership Application, and send it, with payment and proof of your SSR membership, to:

Note that full membership in the SRB is also available to SSR Members at AU$120. The additional privileges of full membership are:

  • Nominating, voting, holding office, and service on SRB committees.
  • Subsidized rate for electronic access to Reproduction, Fertility and Development.
